April Nicole Pettit was born with Ring Chromosome 13, a rare genetic disorder, and was not expected to live past the age of one or two. the apple of their eyeOver the years, April was the center of their family, the apple
of their eye; and although she could not walk or talk, she had a
smile that taught everyone who grew to know her the true
meaning of what is really important in life.
